How do you ship? Where?

We use USPS, FedEx, DHL and UPS. We offer Domestic, International and Overnight shipping (custom request)

Shipping costs:

$5.95 flat fee for all DOMESTIC orders in the USA

$32.95 flat fee for all INTERNATIONAL orders


COLOMBIAN SWIMWEAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items

International Shipping: we use USPS International Priority Mail which may take 6-10 business days. The customer is responsible for all customs charges that may arise after it enters your country.

Availability of products

Colombian Swimwear strives to make everyone happy while shopping! Since the swimwear is all from Colombia, there is a limited quantity and availability of products as it is a first come, first serve basis. But we will ALWAYS do our BEST to keep you informed of the latest bikinis, what and when shipments will be coming in, to make sure you get the perfect bikini in your hands as soon as possible.

PRE-ORDERS: These are all the items that are currently in production in Colombia and will be ready depending on the approximate estimated arrival date. Sometimes it may change due to any hold backs from the airport and/or production issues. No matter what the circumstance may be, we will ALWAYS communicate with every single customer about their orders and its current status.

Because stock quantities are not updated in real time, items may be sold out at the time of purchase. If a sold-out item is purchased, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.

Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will be accepted

I sent an email on the weekend and/or placed an order but have not heard from anyone?

We process orders from Monday thru Friday! On the weekends, we do not answer emails or process orders until Monday. Our social media is being worked by our marketing assistant and will be posting on the weekends, yet our customer service hours are only for Monday thru Friday. We promise to do our best to respond as soon as possible.
